Who decides what is confirmed
XRO has no miners. A block is settled when representatives holding more than 67 percent of the online voting weight agree on it. That makes the spread of weight across representatives the single most important measure of the network's health, so it is the first thing shown here rather than a footnote.

Voting weight distribution
Each segment is one online representative, largest first. The highlighted segments are the smallest group that could reach quorum between them. The more segments it takes to fill that highlight, the harder the network is to push around.

Weight is XRO delegated to that representative, not XRO it owns. Delegating costs nothing, moves no funds and can be changed at any time from your wallet, which is the one action any holder can take to shift these numbers.

Confirmations as they happen
A websocket subscription to the same node. XRO confirms in well under a second, but it is a quiet chain: minutes can pass with nothing to show, and an empty list here means the network is idle, not broken.
